Can my document be notarized online?
That depends on the document, its signing requirements and who will receive it. Check that the recipient accepts online notarization, then contact us to confirm the requirements before booking.
What identification do I need?
Have a current government-issued photo ID ready. The online platform also requires identity verification. Contact us before booking if you have questions about your ID or eligibility.
Can I use my phone or tablet?
You need a device with a working camera and microphone, a reliable internet connection and a compatible browser. Confirm your device meets the session platform's requirements before the appointment.
What if my document needs witnesses?
Tell us before booking so the witness requirements and any additional fees can be confirmed. Witness service is $10, and witness ID verification is $4.
Should I sign the document beforehand?
Have your document ready and unsigned. Your notary will guide you through the required signing steps during the video appointment.
Can you help me choose a legal document?
